Ok, first I need to apologize for the bad photos. My flash washed them out. sorry.
The second grade have been working on art that will be on display at a festival in Hingham.
The project was to draw a flag of the country that is part of their heritage. They used oil pastels for that. Then after covering it with black paint they scratched it off to give it a texture.
On top of each flag is a drawing of themselves saying the country of the flag.
The festival is Saturday May 3rd at the Hingham Shipyard. Here is a link to more info.
