The clay birthday birds are coming out quite nice. The 8th grade is showing some great creativity in the painting. The K2 class will have a hard time picking out a favorite on their birthday.
The clay is air drying terra cotta clay. It doesn't take long for the birds to dry. Then the paint used is acrylic. I will add a sealant before they will be ready to go home with someone.
