2nd grade really jazzed up my desk today. Everyone got an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and cut in half the long way. Then they practiced their shading skills on each strip. After each strip was finished shaded each student cut scalloped edge on one side. It was fun to watch them layer the finished pieces on the front of my desk. I looks like a snow dragon.
