The 1st grade worked on many skills with this project. First they followed me on the board drawing various shaped vases with patterns. It was important to have them overlap. The idea is that they will be transparent colored glass vases. After outlining with black marker they painted the red and blue vases. Once dry they did the yellow in the center to finish the transparent effect.
