I got a package with this funky shipping padding made of paper (very green). It really looks and feels like snake skin! So I have the talented 1st grade class working on a huge snake for Chinese New Year. First we spread out the paper and the students used eye droppers and watercolor to add a vibrate color to the snake skin. It's drying now. I'll post the progress.
