Alphabet Checkers

The K2 class has their alphabet down. So to up the challenge they not only had to write their alphabet but also use watercolors to add a checkered pattern. Easier said than done. It takes good control of the paint to keep it from running into each color and making a mess. I'd say this class is ready to be 1st graders!

Finished Birthday Birds

Here they are, all ready for the K2 class to recieve on their birthday. Thanks to the 8th grade for making these creative little birds, the little guys will love them.

Some finished clay projects

Here are a sample of some final clay projects from grade 6 and grade 4. I wish I was in school when the other classes recieved their projects. I really think these look great. The texture added while the clay was still soft really comes through with the glaze on it. Nice work!
